Who's doing meditation this time?

I make meditation everyday :
1.ussualy from 5 am to 6 am/gmt +8. Sometimes, can be to 6.30/gmt+8.

2.from 2pm/gmt+8 to about 30 to 45 minutes,if i am at center before received patients or teaching intensive meditation.

3.10 pm to 11 pm /gmt +8 in the night if i still have energy to do it.

I think early morning meditation is the best but at the same time is the most difficult one. Especialy if I went to bed late in the evening. So, very often I meditate in the evening before I go to bed. But some people told me that "the energy" in the evening is not as positive as in the morning. Is it true, pak?

In the evening the air not as fresh as in the morning so the chi more stronger in the morning.4 to 5 our chi really active in our lung,one of the most important organ when we do our meditation,beside that ussually morning are very quiet.MABH

This last 2 days i started my meditation earlier in the morning about 4.30 wita to 6.30 wita.
I did the meditation most of the time observed breathing,and end the meditation with lovingkindness.
I think Bali need a lot of lovingkindness energy to serve all the guest big meeting for global climate change in December 07.
I will mention to MFs on TV and Radio,to do the same thing.
